Invite Your Customers, Prospects and Ideal Buyers:
Now is the time to invite your potential buyers and prospects to visit your booth. CETW is providing each exhibiting company with a VIP code to send out to customers and prospects for a complimentary pass. Your unique VIP code will allow your clients and prospects to apply for a complimentary full conference pass (for qualified end-users, see criteria below) or secure their complimentary expo pass. Exhibitors can distribute their unique VIP code in many different ways.

1. Include it in an email.
2. Add it to email signature.
3. Post it on social media sites.
4. Include it in direct mail pieces.
5. Verbally.
6. Electronic Ticket provided by CETW - available Sept. 4th    

Just remember to direct customers to the CETW registration page, www.cetworld.com/register.asp. There is a VIP code section during Step 1 of the registration process.

If inviting end-users, encourage them to apply for the full conference with your compliments! If you invite others that don't meet the full conference pass criteria, encourage them to get a free expo pass. If an invitee applies and does not qualify for full conference, they will be advised that they are eligible for an expo only pass.

Eligible attendees must be employed by a brand (in an industry such as retail, financial services, food service, travel, hospitality, government, healthcare, CPG, etc.), an agency, be a media buyer, own/manage a location where these technologies will be deployed or own/operate a digital place-based/DOOH media network.

COMPLIMENTARY EXPO HALL PASS:
Eligible attendees include those qualified for the full conference pass as well as systems integrators or resellers, industry analysts or represent a firm outside of those listed whose responsibilities include purchasing necessary components for your kiosk/self-service/digital signage deployments
