Glenn Pingul is VP of Products & Mobile Strategies for Globys, a leading provider of customer experience solutions for global service providers. Previously, Glenn oversaw T-Mobile USA’s customer marketing strategies (lifecycle management, churn reduction, segmentation, and web) and led the marketing strategy for both Nordstrom, Inc and Nordstrom.com, recognized as one of the world’s most powerful retail brands for customer loyalty. Glenn also directed all customer retention programs for AirTouch (now Verizon) and American Express Gold and Personal Cards.
Glenn holds an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Seattle University.
