Speaking Information

San Francisco – March 28 – 29, 2012

Nominations will no longer be accepted for the March 2012 conference. Due to a high volume of submissions for limited opportunities, CETW is not able to respond to or select all proposals. Only those who submit proposals that have been selected will be contacted.

New York – November 7 – 8, 2012

Customer Engagement Technology World is currently accepting speaker nominations and topic ideas on a rolling basis until the program is completed. Brands, agencies and end-user deployers will receive highest priority for speaking opportunities. To receive the highest level of consideration, topic ideas should be submitted no later than April 30, 2012.

Submission Guidelines:
1. Submit the speaker’s name, title, company, brief bio and which current topic the speaker can address.
2. Suggest a new session idea that includes the Session title, brief description, learning objectives and proposed speaker(s). Sessions include 1 Session Chair (often a consultant or solutions provider) and 2 Panelists (brands/end-users/agencies).
3. Solutions providers will need to confirm client participation prior to acceptance.  

All speaker and session submissions should be sent to liz@jdevents.com. 

Review & Acceptance Process:
Proposals will be reviewed by show management, and in some cases, may be shared with the CETW Board of Advisors. Due to a high volume of submissions for limited opportunities, CETW is not able to respond to or select all proposals. Only those who submit proposals that have been selected will be contacted.

Show Management has final approval of topics, sessions, and speakers, and reserves the right to adjust or change these to meet the needs of our audience and conference programming.
